
Shipping Information
We ship orders Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days after Approval of Design Proof and payment has been received. During busy periods, public holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom-made or personalised products may require extra production time before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post’s delivery network. As a general guide:
Flat Rate Regular: usually takes several business days after dispatch – $12.00
Flat Rate Express: usually offers faster delivery where available – $17.60

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number on the Australia Post website to follow the progress of your parcel.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking details first. If further help is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Authority to Leave
If you request your parcel to be left unattended, this is at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by Australia Post but are missing from the delivery location.
International Shipping
At this stage, we ship within Australia only, unless otherwise arranged.
